Black Light traces the moon crossing the disc of the sun during an annular solar eclipse on 20 May 2012. The sequence was taken between 17:31pm and 18:38pm at the McMath-Pierce solar telescope on Kitt Peak while I was artist-in-residence at the National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO), Arizona, USA.
